With nearly three decades of experience in executive roles across human resources, benefit administration and management, risk management, organizational development, business operations, AI integration, operational optimization, and leadership, I have dedicated my career to helping organizations build strong, people centered foundations that support sustainable growth. My work focuses on creating clarity within the systems that sustain an organization, ensuring leaders can operate with confidence, compliance, and excellence.
For the past twelve years, while serving full time in senior HR leadership roles, I have also supported nonprofits, startups, and small businesses as a consultant. In these partnerships, I have designed and implemented strategic frameworks that strengthen compliance, streamline processes, elevate culture, and align people practices with organizational goals.
Throughout my corporate leadership career, I have guided organizations to rank among the top three Best Places to Work, demonstrating my commitment to creating environments grounded in trust, accountability, and operational integrity.
My experience spans every phase of the employee lifecycle, with deep emphasis on HR systems, leadership capability, and building repeatable processes that scale. Through my consulting work, I have built HR functions from the ground up, revitalized underperforming teams, strengthened culture, optimized HRIS platforms such as ADP and UKG, and supported leaders through complex organizational challenges. My approach centers on elevating people, reinforcing culture, and protecting the business through sound, compliant practices.
This combination of twenty eight years in HR leadership and twelve years of consulting reflects more than experience; it reflects a calling to advance the human side of business through alignment, excellence, and integrity.

Adam Pelham is an Executive HR and Compensation Strategist with ELAVANTI HR LLC. He brings extensive experience designing and implementing compensation structures that align pay with performance, leading HRIS implementations, and systematizing HR processes to support business growth and reinforce organizational strategy.
Adam has built a strong career specializing in compensation planning, salary studies, bonus and incentive structures, commission design, and HRIS implementation and optimization across a variety of industries. His work includes market pricing roles, developing competitive salary bands, conducting internal equity analyses, and designing short term and long term incentive programs that motivate performance while remaining financially sustainable. He is highly experienced in aligning compensation frameworks with organizational goals, revenue models, and workforce structure.
In addition to compensation strategy, Adam brings deep expertise in HRIS implementation, HRIS optimization, and HRIS driven compensation and workforce analytics. He has led multiple HRIS implementations and enhancements that integrate compensation planning, reporting, payroll, and data governance to improve accuracy, efficiency, and executive decision making.
Adam joins ELAVANTI HR LLC in support of the founder’s vision to build a firm grounded in presence, trust, and repeatable systems. Jodi Hettie, MEd, CCEP serves as the Executive Compliance and Ethics Strategist for ELAVANTI HR LLC.
Jodi is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership.
Her unique combination of compliance expertise and technology proficiency allows her to build clear, functional SOPs and convert them into short, engaging micro courses. This ensures procedures are not just documented but actively used, understood, and adopted across the organization.
She brings more than twenty years of experience in regulatory compliance, investigations, educational leadership, and procedural integrity.
Jodi’s experience directly supports the ELAVANTI HR LLC mission to provide clarity, reduce risk, and elevate leadership in highly regulated environments. Her presence strengthens our ability to help organizations establish ethical systems, build predictable processes, and operate with confidence and excellence.
Her background includes roles as a Disciplinary Hearing Officer, Assistant Principal, Department Chair, and compliance focused educator, giving her a strong foundation in managing complex regulations, guiding due process, and reinforcing organizational accountability.

Mike Norwood is our Executive Onboarding and Culture Transformation Strategist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations.
Mike brings over thirty years of senior experience leading large scale customer operations, call center environments, service teams, and multi state workforce functions. His background includes multiple executive leadership roles where he built high performing teams, strengthened workflows, elevated customer experience standards, and managed complex operations with precision and excellence.
Mike joins ELAVANTI HR LLC at the founder level, supporting the vision of building a firm that strengthens culture, elevates onboarding, develops effective leaders, and creates systems that can be repeated at scale. His presence positions ELAVANTI HR to expand with intention and serve clients with a level of consistency that aligns with our national goals.
