How Our Model Works
Our process is unique because we manage the most time consuming parts of recruitment on the front end. We build value based and position specific situational questions into the early stages so that you receive candidates who are aligned with your culture and the demands of the role.
THE ELAVANTI HR WAY
We guide the candidate, whether they are applicants or our direct recruits, through the interview process and ensure they meet all minimum qualifications, which is the most time consuming step, before moving them forward to your internal team.
When a disposition changes to a qualified candidate, we are with you through every step as we work in step with your recruiter and hiring managers.
After the first stage is complete, we continue by coordinating all additional interviews. This includes second, third, fourth, or panel interviews. We handle scheduling, communication, and all setup with interviewers and stakeholders, and we update your ATS so your internal recruiters and internal statkeholders are aware of every action and step involved.
When the final candidate is identified, we hand the process back to your recruiter for background checks and final qualification review. Once the candidate is confirmed as fully qualified, we step back in and manage the selling process. This includes relocation support, compensation package negotiations, and preparation of the offer letter. We draft the offer and return it for your recruiter to finalize within your internal processes.
After acceptance, we coordinate onboarding dates and ensure the candidate is prepared for the first day.

You continue to receive full internal credit for each hire, while we manage the heavy lift for a significantly lower percentage fee compared to traditional agencies. Additional concierge services are available to provide a white glove experience. This can include traveling to meet the candidate, personally guiding them to your offices, coordinating dinners or lunches, planning special events, and offering hands on support that increases both engagement and offer acceptance.
We also leverage our national partnerships with realtors to provide enhanced relocation services, such as personalized city tours, exploring school options based on family needs, and identifying lifestyle factors like biking trails or hiking areas that matter to the candidate. We go far beyond standard home searches to help candidates envision their life in your community and close the placement with confidence.
These VIP services are add on options, offered at fair and reasonable rates, and designed to help you secure the right candidate with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Guarantee and Payment Model
We stand behind our work with a ninety day guarantee period. You pay half the fee up front and the remaining half after the ninety day period is complete.
